We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders, including after an order has been submitted. If an order is canceled because of a pricing error after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount.

Available payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Available options may vary and will be displayed at checkout.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

Section 8 — Order Acceptance and Cancellation

After placing an order, you may receive an automated confirmation email. This email confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance or confirmation of product availability.

An order is accepted once it has been verified and approved for fulfillment.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after processing has begun.

If an order has already shipped, it must be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by inventory availability, carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, manufacturer delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, missed appointment, address change, or unsuccessful delivery attempt may be deducted from a refund where permitted by law.

Some products sold by Masterwork Equipment may require assembly, ventilation, calibration, protective equipment, software configuration, electrical connections, or professional installation.

You are responsible for:

Confirming that your workspace and power supply meet product requirements
Using appropriate safety equipment
Following applicable workplace and safety regulations
Keeping equipment away from children and unauthorized users
Obtaining qualified professional assistance where installation or operation requires specialized knowledge

Do not operate equipment without all required guards, enclosures, ventilation systems, or safety devices properly installed.

Masterwork Equipment is not responsible for injury or property damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or use outside the product’s intended application, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Section 11 — Manufacturer Warranties

Products may include warranties provided by their respective manufacturers. Warranty length, coverage, exclusions, registration requirements, and claim procedures vary by product and manufacturer.

Manufacturer warranties are separate from Masterwork Equipment’s return policy. We do not independently extend or modify a manufacturer’s warranty unless expressly stated in writing.

Customers may be required to provide an order number, serial number, photographs, video, or other information when requesting warranty support.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Section 12 — Optional and Third-Party Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools, applications, payment services, financing providers, product resources, or other services that we do not control.

Third-party services are provided according to their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of such services is at your own discretion and risk.
